Gilmor's Curved Ball, New & Improved Visual Studio and a .NET Dev book Steve Gilmor's column [InfoWorld 02.07.03] includes an excerpt from his interview with Ray Ozzie, the future of collaborative systems and a perplexing question - who is the tortoise ? Interesting reading, as always. MS has given a glimpse into the premier .NET development tool - Visual Studio.NET. New features include ASP.NET improvements and starter kits, more integration with MS Office which is considered to be "the ultimate client for XML Web Services". I saw an interesting .NET developer book at the local Borders' - 'From Java to C#: A Developer's Guide'. Looks good. I'd worry if the languages in the title were juxtaposed. 12:42:13 PM
