Visiting the Bat Cave & Selling Groove to Organizations I visited the Bat Cave yesterday with Scott Lare. A thoroughly informative trip made more enjoyable when you don't have to do the driving. Thanks Scott! Rebecca Wetteman has an excellent article on Corporate Technology Adoption [Internet World 02.01.03]. In two pages, she shows how to deal with the intangible forces that thwart the nonquantifiable gains such as improved communication and information sharing.
