EU MS Bashing & Success in CRM-ERM-PRM (2) The EU has concluded that MS has violated EU anti-trust laws. I don't think the French are behind this one. Lately, I have been looking at taking the best of CRMs and learning from it for HealthCare (PRM). A timely article points out that the success of CRM has more to do with the strategy and implementation rather than the software itself.
