*RPG sights VoIP

Looks like the *Regional Phone Giants are going after VoIP (Groove has that - it's called 'Audio Chat'). CRN [02.17.03] has an article on how VoIP's technology has improved and is now on the radar screens of the *RPG. FCC will take a look at the regulatory matter this year.
