Regarding Spam - you can't win'em all The Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (aka CAN-SPAM) has its shortcomings [eWeek]. Then there is/was (still being lobbied), the "Spam Tax" which is/was in response to Unsolicited Commercial E-Mail (UCE) aka Spam and that has International ramifications [InfoWorld]. I say, leave it to these guys to solve the Spam problem - after all, their work still lingers after decades and they need not be lobbied either with special interest groups (SIG). 11:16:54 AM
