I have no idea whatsoever who is using port 64309, but the packets seem to stop by now. See this post.

I guess I'm not the only one loathing it when the ad-server is slow and one has to wait forever for the contents of the page to show up, because the site is designed to shove the ads into your face before displaying the content you went there for, in the first place.
