A new year begins Well the New Years Eve celebrations are over and I survived.
Now on to the business of 2003.
Many new business ventures and projects to work on.
First we are setting up a new company in Amsterdam. This will be our holding and project management company. We start next Monday by registering a BV. I think it takes about 3 months to get through the whole registration process. We should be able to start trading through the new business within the next month should our registration be accepted.
The new business is being set up to raise venture capital and manage our projects. We have made a good start so far and have the first big project well into the design, planning and prototype stage.
We will develope advanced multimedia content, web services and multimedia delivery systems. We have a diverse group of talented developers working with us.
As soon as we are registered I will create an investor web site that will have information for investors about projects and businesses that we are looking to have funded, what the deal is and what the expected returns should be.
We are also looking for a new venue to locate the new business. This is where we will locate our server farm, develope our projects and present our new productions. There are some very cool venues, studio's, production facilities and big empty buildings available for rent in Amsterdam at the moment.
Tomorrow is also the start of my fourth year of living in Amsterdam. Because I am a New Zealand citizen and not an EU citizen I have to go through the immigration process which is a long and hard task. Three years so far and still counting.
Lots to do but I have a good feeling about 2003
Rock on.
