It's frustrating enough that my body won't co-operate with so many of the things I try to do, but it's even more frustrating when other people don't follow through on things they've promised to help me with. I realize they're busy but why don't they just say "Sorry, I can't" instead of committing to something. At least then I could ask someone else instead of sitting around waiting for somebody who doesn't show up. I'm careful to keep my requests for help minimal—quick projects and not too often—but even those are too much sometimes, I guess. This is where money would help a lot—I could simply pay for help when I need it.
