FLAP - via John Dowdell or Flash Remoting for Perl, here they have ported the PHP code to Perl. No reason why Python, Ruby and TCL can't join he party. This project also raises my previous thoughts on using Parrot as a a AMF-to-type base, as the proposed VM for Perl 6.0 and Python (plus possibly others such as Ruby) it would mean running Flash Remoting on open source languages a breeze.
