Mozilla Thunderbird Getting Better The May 30 status report for mozilla.org says: "A build of Mozilla Thunderbird that contains some icons from Arvid Axelsson (designer of the default Mozilla Firebird theme) and toolbar customization improvements is now available." Earlier I had downloaded Thunderbird, the standalone news/mail client for Mozilla, and found the old Classic (Navigator) theme too jarring to return to. I gave the new build a try on Windows (I'm downloading the OS X version now.) And yes, I have the same pleasant first-impression I had with Firebird. The theme, so far, feels pretty good.
