"The future of Content Management with Zope 3" At EuroPython 2004 in Sweden we had a panel on the last day to talk about Zope 3 and content management. The major theme of the panel was, "Can the different Zope-based CMS collaborate during the move to Zope 3?" After the panel, Jim was talking to a small group and suggested that the conversation continue by him visiting events like Plone conferences. Very quickly a proposal was put together for a sprint just before the upcoming Plone Conference in Vienna. Hence the "Future of Content Management with Zope 3" sprint at Phil's castle in Goldegg. This is really cool, seeing talk turn to action. I was thinking of this while cleaning up some video footage. I found a clip of Tres Seaver, creator of the CMF who will be at the sprint, giving the keynote at last year's DZUG meeting. (QuickTime movie, around 3.7 Mb.) 2:27:52 PM   comment []
