"I am an open-source person"In this piece, William Grosso shows how "open source" might be an identifiable market and platform. He starts by quoting Sun's request that developers choose either "Sun ONE Java" or .Net.Grosso, after a year of thinking about it, rejected this: "While I work on closed source applications, there's another question: in terms of mindshare, who sets the agenda in the technological part of my brain ? By and large, it's the open source community."
