Optaros Paper on Open Source Document Management Seth Gottleib at Optaros has been writing prolifically lately. He just co-authored a research paper entitled Unleashing the Power of Open Source in Document Management. I'm going through it now, as I'm interested in where the line is currently drawn between CMS and DM.
