Some European leaders can be called crypto-fascists in that they do not openly support fascism, but contribute to the fascist ideology by supporting fascist organizations. For instance, Aznar has this year, for the fourth time in row, granted subsidies to the Fundación Franco. Last year that was 41,000 euros. The Franco Foundation was the greatest beneficiary of all subsidized 'cultural' organizations.
