The upload possibilities in Radio Userland for sound files are very limited. You can only upload wav-files, which are big and use tremendous space as compared to mp3. So I started a discussion. Please feel free to participate. My point is that enabling mp3 upload limited to say 1 MB or 1 minute would not harm anyone, would not constitute an abuse or breach of law, so why not? That is a very modest request. Most blog servers allow songs, movies without any limit.
Update: Don't bother, it's labour lost.

"A new Dutch investigation to the effects of electromagnetic radiation from mobile communication antennas show a statistical relation between radiation from the antenna with physical signs like dizziness, tingly feelings and ability to concentrate of people nearby the antenna. This effect apparently only occurs with radiation from UMTS antennas, and not with radiation from GSM antennas. The research was done by TNO in assignment the Dutch ministries of Economic affairs and ministry of public health."
Radio signals for the next generation of mobile phone services can cause headaches and nausea, according to a survey conducted by three Dutch ministries on the impact of tomorrow's data networks on health.
The study, the first of its kind, tested the impact of radiation from base stations used for the current mobile telephone network, against those for new third generation, or 3G, networks for fast data transfer - which will enable services such as video conferencing on a mobile device."
