"The world's oil reserves are up to 80 percent less than predicted, a team from Sweden's University of Uppsala says. Production levels will peak in about 10 years' time, they say."
if that is true, then we'd better rethink our national industries, agriculture, energy and food policies. A coming global oil crisis would ruin our capitalist economy completely, unless, of course, we start looking for alternatives. It would solve our global warming problem, though. So get rid of your suvs now. Politicians, invest in public transport! The Association for the Study of Peak Oil, ASPO, has more information.
