Clarification
Analysis: The separation of a whole into its component parts; an examination of a complex, its elements, and their relations.
Process: A particular way of accomplishing something or of acting; to subject to or handle through an established usually routine set of actions.
Analysis process: To examine a complex whole by using established routines to understand its elements and their relationships.
In my previous post I found myself using analysis process over and over again. It seemed, to me, almost too repetitive. So I've provided these definitions. The first two from Merriam-Webster. The third (Analysis Process) derived by me.
So, my definition of the Internet Analysis Process would then be:
To examine UEN Internet Usage by using established routines to understand its elements and their relationships.
The three things left to define then are:
established routines
elements
and
relationships
I expect my staff, and me, to work together to define and understand these three areas. It's something for us to think about, discuss, and act upon.........
