I won't be publishing PART TWO tomorrow. The consequences of a busy schedule, too much travel, and not enough me time. But I have spent some huge chunks of solitude thinking about the next publication in my three part series. The outline is developing. At least mostly. So here is a partial list:

Yes, in the fourth point I will be openly flirting with the Deregulation idea. It should be a fun paper. I'll work on it over the weekend and hope to get it finished next week. No rush. I'm having fun thinking about the possibilities............
