The folks at the smoking gun have once again dug up the docs, including reports by the security guards.
One disparity already seems to be appearing. As I understood it, from radio interviews with both Stephen Downs and his son Robert, they stated they didn't approach other customers, but that folks approached them in support of their shirts. However, one deposition states, "they were stopping customers to express why they [were] wearing the t-shirts." (my emphasis) I don't pretend to know what happened, but there seems to be a definite difference as to what happened.
