I've booked up to attend the Nielsen Norman Group Usability Week 2003 in London, March 24-28. The agenda looks fascinating and I've had to make a couple of hard choices between tempting alternatives on the same day. One I'm disappointed to miss is Jim Sterne's Web Metrics tutorial.
