ROCU Website Announcement The TDU website announces the new ROCU site (still under construction.) ROCU Aims to Build Rail Unity May 19, 2005. A new rank and file group called Railroad Operating Crafts United (ROCU) has launched a website calling for an end to the warfare between the Teamster BLET division and the UTU.
