My new Powerbook has all of a sudden become my main computer for a very simple reason. The keyboard on my iMac has gone on the fritz. It's a Logitech cordless Desktop Navigator keyboard and last night without any warning it started sending spurious instructions to the iMac. Since I can't put my hand on the original iMac keyboard, it looks like I'll have to use the Powerbook for the next day or so until I go on holiday. I'll start thinking about a replacment then.

I really can't complain about the Logitech. It's not like I paid anything for it. I won it at a Logitech press conference about a year ago. It's probably out of warranty and I have a horrible feeling it would cost more to fix than to replace. I'll probably buy another Logitech, since I was so happy with this one.
