Austin Reporter's Blog from the Tour de France Suzanne Halliburton of the Austin American-Statesman is keeping a blog at the newspaper's site as she covers the Tour de France. With her local connections, Suzanne has gotten to know Lance Armstrong (and Lance's ex-wife Kristin) over the past few years and has provided some keen insight during past tours.
