I've been saving all these things to add to my blog - just didn't have time to open up radio and add the codes to the home page template or add new links to my blogroll and this morning I woke up and realized I can do anything I want to do today - there is no work for today, whatever I want to do..so blogging, adding to shimmeringenergy design, maybe putting chaotic cancellation on its on host server and adding all these misc items to sexymagick

I got a call from my San Diego client - project has been postponed, next week has been cancelled...its always happens when the client tries to rush a big database cutover..I totally understand but I want at least one of these big projects to be completed and not forever in limbo..so I rushed around today cancelling all my reservations - the airfare - not refundable, the hotel for the week, the car rental and the pet sitter - the latter three - since i cancelled the reservations a day before, no cancellation fees, thank god and my client is paying for any charges I have because of the short notice and my friend that was going to borrow the car for a week - hope I didn't mess up his plans - but still I was looking forward to a week sort off and going to the zoo and sea world and doing fun touristy things on Sunday..maybe I'll just go do fun touristy things here..i can't remember the last time I went fisherman's wharf..but seriously its not the same, San Diego is hot, SF is not.

The other news of the day - my CPA died, I didn't know her long but I really liked her. I knew she was sick, but her cancer was in remission and then she suddenly got sick again recently and had stopped working but everyone thought she'd be back on her feet in no time..and she died Monday, so sad.
