You know sucks about having great news and being single? There is no one to share it with except the cats and they aren't much help, they're all hot and sleeping and they don't exactly get excited unless i have treats.

sooo..I went and looked at the house today, exactly how I remember it, the bedrooms are a little small but I'd have a room for an office and there isn't a dishwasher - I'd definetly have to put one it. And its a good location - couple of houses from the main road which is good for the cats. A huge huge lot.  Small small closets. A gorgeous deck. Although I really wanted a master bedroom with a sliding glass door to the patio..sooo maybe this isn't the house for me but it would be interesting to move back into a house I've already lived in.

But I think first, I should see how much I can qualify for and then maybe I can qualify for more and buy something in a better neighborhood or closer to Pleasant Hill..it wouldn't kill me if I didn't get this house because magick keeps happening and I'll find that perfect home for me.

interesting - lets see if this works, if you don't want the date to appear at the top of your posts...do you just delete the longdate macro in the day template? omg, its that easy. Lets see if you want the permalink and the long date to appear at the bottom of your text - do you just insert it into the item template instead? lets see..nope, archive link gets funky when you move it..but the longdate worked..

so how does one make those changes..answers soon..gotta go change the litter and take out the trash..maybe upstreaming will be a little faster when i come back?

oops one more idea, then I'll get upxxx, ok got that to work...
