happy dance..wow, now I can really start looking for a house to buy and I figured out I can afford a 3K mortgage...i really really really can and I have an appt to look at a house tommorrow..funny thing about this house, I used to live there, I think but I'm about 99.9% positive its where I used to live a million years ago..ok about 15 years ago..wow, that seems so long ago...permagrin on my face..I GOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
now what do I pay off first..pinch me is it real? I finally once in my life can pay off everything I owe, pay my mom back and buy a house, seriously pinch me.
