Sprint and TreoCentral Now Shipping Treo 600

With a base price of $599.99, the final price may be as low $349.99 with rebates depending upon either new activation or extension of your contract with Sprint. Rebates for previous Treo owners is still not specified by Handspring, who will probably start selling the 600 from their web site within the next week.

Serving an area of approximately 620 square miles, London Ambulance relies on Intelligent Seamless Network Switching, a key component of Broadbeam’s ExpressQ Wireless Platform, to switch seamlessly between multiple wireless wide area (WWAN) and wireless local area (WLAN) network connections.

Looking at their web site, their extensive involvement with wireless technology is quite apparent. This probably is the best solution in combining the both WWAN and WLAN to the best advantage, balancing bandwidth with ubiquity.
