A satellite truck in your pocket: BBC videomoblogs.

Ariel, the staff magazine and daily news online service of the BBC, have granted permission to reprint this article by Andrew Harvey, about BBC teams in Bristol and London who have found a way to send video and sound from video phones anre broadcast them to television.

Television takes a decisive step into new territory this week when a programme will be broadcast by BBC Bristol using 3G video mobile phones as cameras.
