Linda and Dennis are moving to the Twin Cities.  To celebrate, Jen Chu decided to invite us and her other friends for a surprise dinner at a Japanese restaurant in the East Village of Manhattan.  Lee Ren's younger brother and sister were there.  The food was on the expensive side.  The dinner averaged $15 was mainly barbeque and it didnt include appetizer or drinks.click here for more

Spoke to my brother Joe yesterday.  He is in some sort of dillema. See, he has these cats and now that he is moving back in with my mother, he wondering where these cats will live.  From what Joe was telling me, he said that Mom said it was okay to keep one cat but not the other.  Joe is now deciding to hold on to his apartment another month so that he can find a home for the other cat.  That all adds up to an extra $500 that he will be putting up just so that he can give the cat a home?  To me this sounds ridiculous!  How about the ASPCA? or the city pound?  According to Joe they keep the cat for about 4 weeks and if no one takes it then the cat get euthenized.(did I spell that right?)  What can I do to help my brother?  I certainly wont put up the money for his rent its just crazy.  I asked our Mom to take in the cats but she still has to talk to Joe.  Anyone out there want to take in a black cat?
