Summer is here.  The high humidity is here and so is the scorching sun.  I drove down to my mother's house yesterday morning and my extremities got tanned in a matter of 20 minutes.  We walked last evening to "Fat" Uncle's house and I was smelling mildew all the way there.  Dot says it happens often in humid environments after a long spell of rain.  On the way back home, we took the "cousins" back for a walk with "Fat" Uncle and May.  Skippy peed on every other tree as if to that it is his territory.  Sogo and Pongo were a little less territorial and chose a specific spot for their duties.  Last night, I decided to sleep in the basement and woke up at 5 am shivering from cold.  I took a comforter from my bed upstairs and laid under it for another 2 hours of sleep. 9:54:02 AM    comment []
