Emily and Werner invited Me, Dot and a couple of her friends to a day trip to Six Flags' Great Adventure.  We drove down in the Acura MDX which had a GPS navigation built in.  Not only did it tell us where we were but the cool thin with it is that we could plot our trip and the application would point where to go.  To top it of it would also let the us know if we were going off course and would plot out an alternate route to take to get us back on course!  It still has it drawbacks though.  How do you tell a GPS system to tell you how to get back to route 440 when the entrance that it told you to go is blocked off due to constrution?  We finally found our way back to Staten Island and got home to Emily and Werner's home in Brooklyn not after we took a couple of back roads and the thought was on the back of my mind that we were gonna get car jacked... 11:33:03 AM    comment []
