French dressing I spent about two hours tonight immersed in Tom French's Pulitzer Prize-winning series "Angels and Demons" published in the St. Petersburg Times in 1998.  It's a series of seven chapters detailing the 1989 murders of three women whose bodies were found floating in Tampa bay, and the subsequent investigation and trial.  Just absolutely amazing writing in every fashion, great detail, emotional impact, everything perfect.  Notable is how well the writer treats the spiritual aspects in the story (of which there are several, as you can tell from the title).  You can read the whole thing here. 2:45:44 AM    comment []
