You need to stop wasting time on tasks that you're not really that good at in order to maximize your online business income.  A personal example is the design of my websites.  I spend days and even weeks messing around with the layout, code, colors, graphics, etc. until each site looks just right.  Once I realized what a waste of time doing all my own design was I immediately outsourced all of my design work to the real pros.  Now the work gets done in one-fourth the time and it looks twice as good as when I used to do it myself.

At first it was hard to let go of the design process, but now I would never go back to doing it all myself -- I'm simply not a good designer.

You can outsource just about anything you can think of - administrative tasks like customer service, programming and server maintenance, writing articles and web content, even ghost writing of entire books.  Your goal should be to outsource just about every task that does not directly generate revenue in your business so that you can focus entirely on the sales and marketing side of the house.  You will get at least 3x as much work done, and at least double your income by making intelligent use of outsourcing - get started immediately by handing off the most annoying or time-consuming task on your plate right now.
