Everyone in the software industry knows about the Death March: Those
endless nights in the month or so--or longer--before a release date
usually imposed by the marketing department (and occasionally by
Wal-Mart). Now some folks at Electronic Arts are trying to do something
about it. Of course, what they really need to do is get organized.
