Mostly news stories or articles of interest in the future to me. I'll eventually get around to adding my own ideas and stories on a more regular basis.

Lovely conversation with a newer friend.  A niceness of only know a bit about each other, but having that "oh, i like you" feeling and a comfortable-ness talking about stuff that you're sometimes friends for years before you discuss.

It was good.  Good beer and food too at One World Cafe.

Also, a funny work-related story happened (another person showed up that has used my companies product), but it takes too many details to explain.  It was just a funny "small world" kinda story.

My $11 haircut turned out well.  I love tenpachi...

Sleep now.

This HowTo manual brought me much-much laughter

P.S. I flunked at my Scrabble rule.

I'm quite glow-y right now for no reason in particular.  Actually, I should say "in spite of knowing I'm not doing some things that would make my life overall better to do"....still I feel loved and mentally hugged.

I hope I have time to get home and get my book before the hair appointment. I'll probably have almost an hour to kill between the haircut and dinner to hang and have coffee on my own.

Someone just asked me to please not scoff at them...actually they wanted me to agree to it.  This job makes me hate people a bit.  Not all of them....

My week is going well, but I  haven't been sleeping great.

I had a nice visit with Avocado on Tuesday. My eggplant lasagna turned out well.  And Dal's suggestion for tomato/mozzarella salad was delicious.  The whole thing made me want to cook more.  And Tommy said my tree was so perfect that it looked fake.  I agree.

Last night I hung out with Scott and watched some older Japanese movie that was good, but too long.  We got some good Carole brushing in.

Tonight I'm having dinner with a newer friend who's preparing to move away...but we're going to one of my favorite low-key dinner spots (One World Cafe) and I know the conversation will be good 'cause she's interesting and interested.

Tomorrow I'll go to dinner with Chris at Tio Pepe's and then meet up with folks for some shopping at Ellicott City's Midnight-Merriness or whatever it's called.

And Saturday will be a New York City day. Woohoo.

So, a lot of going and not much sitting still.  Sunday I need to work-work all day.

I did scoff at the guy.  I didn't mean to, but I felt like what he was saying was stupid and I didn't shield my voice.

Mike called me a geek-conduit today because I was doing game talk between he and Chris until Chris asked for the e-mail address.
