Randolph County's Just Shannon is just a little frustrated with her neighbor. If the neighbor's dog doesn't act just right, the neighbor simply calls animal control to dispose of it to make room for another. So she is looking to take action... but is finding it difficult to do within the law...
"...if someone were to murder their own dog at home it is only a misdemeanor. On the other hand, if I were to steal someones dog, even if it was to save their life I would be charged with a felony.
