Fix for Radio upstreaming processor usage problem coming
Steve Kirks: "UserLand staff and developer partners have been working on a detailed analysis of Radio's processor usage during upstreaming. We've located the core of the problem, a UserTalk verb with code in the kernel called 'file.modified' that is stealing a big chunk of processor time.
