Generating HTML from XSD

I recently came across the need to produce HTML views of the OC4J schema definition files for sharing with different internal teams.  Goolging around, there didn't seem to be too much in the way of assistance for how to do this.

From -- http://lists.xml.org/archives/xml-dev/200108/msg00670.html --
I did find a style-sheet which produces a nice first cut of the page, and which looks to be quite easily extended.

Another of my colleagues suggested we look at using Velocity as the template engine. This looks interesting, but will require some coding to get it off the ground. Anyone have any experience in using it in for something like this?
