My Tivo is acting up. They pushed down a software update on Sunday, and the thing has been broken ever since. It seems to have lost control of the tuner. Sometimes it will show me channel 7 -- regardless of whether I'm actually tuned to channel 7. It never shows me any other channels.
I can't believe I'm the only one with this problem, but there's nothing posted on http://www.tivo.com about it. Not good custoemr service. Anyway, I sent in a message to customer support. It said it may take up to 3 days to get a response -- which would also be lousy customer service.
anyone else out there seeing problems with their tivo this week?
