I recently read two more Christopher Moore books: Practical Demonkeeping and Island of the Sequined Love Nun.
No major themes, no big moral message, just good fun. And in a week when I really needed some good escapist reading, Moore came through for me again.
He does a fantastic job of creating interesting, and very human, characters.
