The Always On Network is a blog-style discussion of the business derived from innovation. This book excerpt is one of the most rational market analyses I've ever read. I had these same thoughts during the market buildups of the late 90s. That may be because a lot of my early training in business involved manufacturing engineering and cost accounting. In other words, I learned the importance of details. Building from reality up to theory. The authors, venture capitalists with money to lend, listened to many CEOs breeze in and try to sell them theory without the ground level analysis of just how much of something can a person consume.

Great read.
