I have been off the blog grid for a few days. The display on my MacBook Pro went dark last Thursday evening. Following a trip to the Apple store Friday morning, it was shipped to the factory for repair. The repaired unit arrived in great shape on my doorstep Tuesday morning about 9 am. Great service. (Too bad it went out, though. They replaced the logic board, so I should be more logical now.)
In the meantime, I did get a post up on our Automation Gear blog about a new touchscreen technology based on that used by the iPhone for netbooks and industrial applications. Cool.
I'm on my way to the East coast this week. Future travels will take me to Phoenix and the Honeywell User Group June 14 (at least I can celebrate my anniversary at home this year) and the Rockwell Software RSTechEd in Orlando June 21.
