What's New with Vanunu Israel's best known whistleblower, Mordechai Vanunu, has been freed after serving a prison sentence of 18 years for divulging details about Israel's nuclear weapons capabilities. Vanunu's chief interest to writers of light verse, such as Calvin Trillin in The Nation, is that he possesses one of the few last names that can be rhymed with John Sununu's.
