A New Year
Jamie heads back to school today, and Iris is back on Thursday. I can't believe the summer is gone! It was a good one though, with lots of happy memories. Planning has already starting for next summer, when Joe and I are having a big party to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. My brother Gary and his wife Nancy are coming up, and maybe my nephew Charlie.
The Place to Be
As I sit here typing this, I can see a spectacular sunrise out my livingroom window. In the fall in particular, we are treated to a whole palette of colours at this time of day. I realize there is no other place I'd rather be than right here, right now.
