Unlimited Power If They Win
The FDA has asked that the lifted ban on ephedra be overturned. This sounds simple enough, as if it only effects one natural substance. But read carefully. If the judge's decision is overturned, the FDA could ban virtually any substance on the market it determines is harmful in large doses, such as vitamin C tablets or peanut butter.
How long do you suppose it wil be before we need a prescription to buy broccoli in the grocery store because it contains nutrients that have not been tested and "FDA approved"?
