Lifestyle Lessens Effect of Obesity on Heart Risk
Most of the article is unremarkable - discussing a study that looks at two groups ov obese Inuit (Eskimos) and finds that the group with a more traditional lifestyle lives slightly longer than the group with the more modern (ie "couch potato") way of life. the most telling and interesting paragraph is: "One explanation for the findings could be that the traditional diet, which is rich in omega-3 fatty acids found in fish, could have an effect on how body fat influences heart disease risk, the researchers note." Plenty of good reason to keep taking fish oil every day...
