B.C. has lost one its great leaky condos advocates. Nona Saunders passed away early this morning, Monday December 18th. The leaky condo disaster affected thousands of homeowners in BC, including Nona herself. It was with passion that she spoke up and represented the communal voice of leaky condo owners.

Shakespeare was wrong, names are important and a rose would not smell as sweet with an unworthy name, according to Sun Lakes Phase I General Manager Bob Mariani. All three Sun Lakes communities have started discussing possible name changes

Seeking to address complaints about abuses in Maryland's growing number of homeowners and condominium associations, a state task force is calling for greater local oversight of these quasi-governmental bodies, which essentially tax their residents to take care of swimming pools, playgrounds, trash pickup and other community services.
