Dozens of neighbors in Big Springs are suing their homeowners association over security. The Big Springs HOA voted recently to get rid of its 24-hour security guard and use the money to pay for roving security.

A housing development planned near Savannah, Ga., includes the designs for a 4.5-mile racetrack. "The track is designed to accommodate vintage or roadster cars and residents can even purchase a separate hanger to store their car at the track," according to an announcement for the development, which reportedly will break ground in January 2007. The meeting was for homeowners of a large 700-member condominium association. Most folks are neighbors, members of the same community. Some of us are absentee investors. The resident owners don't like us investor owners. That's an old riff that won't go away.
