A contaminated Copley Township Superfund site may -- or may not -- pose a health hazard to nearby condominium residents, according to a report released Monday by the Ohio Department of Health.

In a case stretching back to the mid-1980s, members of the Greater Driftwood Estates Homeowners’ Association (GDEHA) have filed the papers in the First Circuit Court of Appeals where, if approved, would compel the county to revisit a 1988 public hearing at which the homeowners claim they were underrepresented.
