FL: Home is Where the HOA Is Her $450,000 Winter Springs estate, located snugly in the gated community of Avery Park, boasts a backyard full of inventive landscaping ripped from the pages of a gardening magazine. Her own work as a landscape architect has landed her designs on the cover of Southern Living; it seems she knows what she’s doing. Some of her neighbors disagree.
